• Seller profile
• Food listing information

Seller Application Materials

ZipBap may collect seller application materials such as brand name, contact information, food photos, packaging photos, kitchen environment photos, permit/license documents if provided, pickup preferences, and seller profile information for review and platform operation.

How We Use Information

We use this information to display seller profiles and food listings, to help buyers and sellers connect, and to respond to support requests.

Payment Information

ZipBap will process customer payments through the platform. After each completed order, ZipBap deducts a 15% platform service fee. Sellers receive 85% of the order amount as their payout.

If payment processing is enabled, ZipBap or its payment partners may collect and process payment-related information required to complete transactions and payouts. ZipBap does not directly store full payment card numbers on its own servers — card data is handled by certified payment partners when payment features are active.

Payment processing features may be activated in the ZipBap app or future platform updates.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Seller contact details may be visible to buyers who view listings or make inquiries. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time.
