QR Confirmation

QR Code Confirmation

A simple scan confirms a completed handoff — for Seller Pickup and ZipBap Pickup Store orders.

When an order is handed off, the buyer can scan a QR code to confirm that the order was received and the pickup was completed. QR confirmation helps verify that the buyer received the order and that the order can be marked completed for payout processing.

Does QR confirmation work for both pickup types? Yes. QR confirmation may be used to confirm pickup completion for both Seller Pickup and ZipBap Pickup Store orders.

Platform Payments

ZipBap processes customer payments through the platform.

Customers pay through ZipBap — not directly to sellers. After each completed order, ZipBap deducts a 15% platform service fee and sellers receive 85% as their payout. Payment processing features may be activated in the ZipBap app or future platform updates.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for food safety, preparation, labeling, pickup arrangements, accurate pickup instructions, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers should review food and allergen details, pay through ZipBap, follow pickup instructions, and confirm pickup with QR when prompted.

ZipBap will process customer payments through the platform. After each completed order, ZipBap deducts a 15% platform service fee. Sellers receive 85% of the order amount as their payout. Payment processing features may be activated in the ZipBap app or future platform updates.
